Step 1.
  Employers send us job descriptions of the open positions that are vacant and need to be filled.
Step 2.
  We shortlist the candidates that meet the requirements from the pool of CVs we have in our database.
Step 3.
  We send those shortlisted CVs to the organization for their review and selection.

  Arrange and co-ordinate the interviews of the preferred candidates.
